Oceans consists of five floors, each with its own story.
The building was constructed in 1937 and used as a laboratory for many years. In 2019, the building was purchased and renovated by Oceans. Many original elements can still be seen in the building. The windows have been restored, repainted, and are ready for the next 100 years. The old laboratory doors have been reinstalled in the building, and the building’s stones have been cleaned, though not completely pressure-washed. The dust has been removed, but the history is still visible.
Today, the Oceans building houses more than fifty companies, meeting rooms, an event venue, and the restaurant Copper Branch.
