The entrepreneurial community of Oceans Haarlem is about to welcome a new sustainable and flavorful restaurant. Copper Branch, the successful plant-based all-day food concept from Canada, will open its doors this summer at Gonnetstraat 26 in Haarlem. Initiator Stephen, master franchisee of Copper Branch Netherlands, is excited to introduce Haarlem to his mission: making healthy and sustainable food accessible to everyone.
Copper Branch is a well-known name in the world of plant-based dining. Founded in Canada, the brand now has dozens of locations worldwide. In the Netherlands, Copper Branch already has restaurants in Almere, Rotterdam and Utrecht. Haarlem will be the fourth location.
“I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished so far,” says Stephen. “With Copper Branch, we want to show that 100% plant-based food is not only good for your health and the environment, but also incredibly tasty and inspiring.”
The restaurant is an all-day concept: from breakfast and lunch to dinner. The dishes are made from plant-based ingredients, with great attention to flavor, nutrition and sustainability. Think: bowls, burgers, wraps, smoothies and coffee specials – all 100% vegan.
Copper Branch is a perfect match with Oceans Haarlem: a community where innovation, entrepreneurship and social impact come together.
The coming months will be focused on hiring and training a local team and fine-tuning the kitchen. We expect to open officially shortly after the summer holidays. Entrepreneurs and visitors at Oceans will soon be able to enjoy a healthy lunch, a quality coffee or a delicious meal – all just steps away.
And there’s more: “I’d love to personally meet the entrepreneurs at Oceans and will therefore organize a special lunch at the opening. During that lunch, I’ll share more about how Copper Branch came to life, my vision, and the role Haarlem will play in the next chapter.”
